  • Luca's journey began in Molise, South Central Italy, in a large family where simple, rustic foods were cherished. Surrounded by the natural bounty of his hometown—tomatoes, wild asparagus, peppers, figs, olives, and apples—he developed a deep appreciation for the flavors that the earth provides.
